Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, founded in 2002, is a full-time undergraduate art university with art subject as the main body and design subject as the focus of development. It is one of the nine independent art colleges in China. The university covers an area of 1750 acre, with a total construction area of 486000 square meters, a library collection of 1.371 million books, 16864 junior college students and 1176 full-time professors.
